As someone who stopped reading mises.org tep decades ago, I'm pleased to find out he's both alive and a more committed anti-colonialist than many of my left wing friends.
As a secular Bitcoin user, I think Bitcoin's monetary theory is broken similarly to the more extreme Austrians views on the gold standard. But from that perspective it's even more disappointing that they don't take Bitcoin seriously, since it's a chance to see if they're right.
