Myth. “Lawful Money” Is Only Gold Or Silver Coin As Prescribed By The Constitution. The U.S. has been without any such money since 1968.
The constitution in Article I, section 10 reads “No state shall…coin money, emit bills of credit, make any thing but gold and silver a tender in payment of debts…” This means that the only constitutionally valid forms of money are gold or silver coin.
This is called ‘lawful money.’ U.S. paper money used to be redeemable in lawful money, but no more. Our monetary system is based on unconstitutional forms of money!!!!!😂🤣😹

MicroStrategy shares have skyrocketed over 450% this year, dwarfing Bitcoin's 110% climb over the same period.
As a result, the company's market value has swelled to $82 billion—up from $54.8 billion a month ago—as traditional investors seek crypto exposure through familiar equity markets.
MicroStrategy’s addition to the Nasdaq 100 on December 23 is expected to drive $2.1 billion in ETF share purchases, potentially bolstering its Bitcoin holdings.

Luigi Mangione, an Ivy League graduate who had worked in tech, was arrested in Pennsylvania and found with a firearm suppressor, a ghost gun and multiple fraudulent IDs
Police said Mangione was acting suspiciously and had a firearm suppressor, a ghost gun potentially made with a 3-D printer and clothing and a mask consistent with the suspect’s. He also had a U.S. passport and multiple fraudulent IDs, including a New Jersey ID that matched the one the suspect used to check into a New York City hostel.
Mangione also had a handwritten three-page document that showed “some ill will toward corporate America,” said NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny.
He reviewed books on his Goodreads page. In January, he gave a book by Theodore Kaczynski, also known as the Unabomber, four stars out of five. Kaczynski’s homemade explosives killed three people and injured more than 20 between 1978 and 1995.
Mangione wrote, “He was a violent individual—rightfully imprisoned—who maimed innocent people. While these actions tend to be characterized as those of a crazy luddite, however, they are more accurately seen as those of an extreme political revolutionary.”
