I find that nostr is so starved for content that just commenting on peopleās post is enough. Even if itās just my random uninformed opinion Iāll comment it anyway.
Because when you post with a small follower count a lot of times you donāt get comments at all. So I appreciate every comment.
When I scroll and donāt post any notes I have less fun on nostr. It feels like just any other social media when your not contributing
Absolutely. If I think of when I got into bitcoin, it was first using it for gambling. That was touchpoint #1. Then several years later I had a friend tell me about crypto - #2. Then #3 was my uncle (who isnāt known for being bright) telling me he bought bitcoin on cashapp.
Finally after all that I did the research. If some maniac bitcoiner told me before my first touchpoint that I should buy bitcoin then I wouldnāt have believed them.
I think we are already doing what we can. Thereās plenty of education out there for anyone who wants to search. I try to talk to people I come into contact with and I think every bitcoiner is doing the same thing.
Little by little peoples minds will be changed. But the majority wonāt come il until itās easy and commonplace for bitcoin to be used. Unfortunately they wonāt benefit as much but you can lead a horse to water but canāt force it to drink.
IMO our duty is to make people aware and establish touch points that get people to think. Being too forceful/religious will only push people away
