How do y’all feel about zoos?
When I was in middle school, I decided they were immoral and told my parents I didn’t want to go to them anymore. But it’s so normalized and especially encouraged to young children. My son has multiple books that were gifted to us about zoos. And his grandparents are taking him to one today. I’m excited for him, I know he’s going to have the best time. But it still feels… off to me.
