Traveling across Costa Rica today, and noticing the insane amount of palm oil farms. How many of us would it take to end this toxic slop farming? How do we actually put an end to this? I encourage anyone passionate about eliminating toxic ingredients from our food supply to speak up.
For years I watched videos of people doing exactly what I wanted to be doing…
I thought it was crazy to believe I could actually live out my dreams.
I felt like I was trapped in a cell, until I realized the door was unlocked the whole time.
When I walked out of that cell, my dream life began.
Today, I woke up to the warm Costa Rican sun, had a beautiful hapé ceremony, went to jui jitsu, practiced my craft, had business meetings, ate incredibly tasty local organic food, watched the first episode of a show my friends and I are making together, and now I’m writing this caption with pure gratitude for my life.
