DEI literally never existed.
As far as I'm concerned it was never anything more than a corporate buzz phrase and a handful of pizza parties.
It had minimal effect on Black employment and had no impact on the absolute collapse of Black business creation(as measured in loan activity and VC dollars).
In real terms Black Americans did worse during the DEI era than before. DEI was lip service to distract from the fact we were loosing significant ground and still are.

This is breaking news so things may change as more info comes out but imo the timeline of the release of the manifesto & when authorities reported critical info which would have been needed for trolls to create a fake manifesto was not sufficient for this to more likely be a fake than authentic.

They advocate for the genocide of men, specifically starting with minorities, women who they see as race+gender traitors and of course trans people.
This violently misandrist ideology & it's followers are yet to be labeled a hate group by the likes of the SPLC but it clearly is over due.

Any internet slueth within 15min can tell you the motive of this white supremacist child. Her socials are full of her photos training for this terrorist attack and racism. Her manifesto clearly states she was MOST motivated by anti-Black hatred. She also specifically targeted white people who wanted to be allies to Black people.
This terrible and vile white supremacist was a female Dylan Roof.
