We're a nomadic family living full time in a van. We seek as much freedom this way as is possible for us in today's world. We are anarchists, hippies and nomads. Come with us on an amazing journey through life, because life is just awesome :). We share our findings and reflections from nomadic life on the youtube channel "Karel od Martiny" in Czech language. https://creatr.nostr.wine/subscribe/npub1y2se87uxc7fa0aenfqfx5hl9t2u2fjt4sp0tctlcr0efpauqtalqxfvr89

Random fact: “Pyjus čůrus” in czech translation.

Super! Ostravu mám rád (a ještě víc Opavu). Vítej :)

I use Damus, Plebstr, Amethyst on phones and iris on desktop. Looking to them regularly to see the differences in appearance of my posts.

I like iris as desktop.

@ npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 is like apple products - stylish and working.

@ npub1plstrz6dhu8q4fq0e4rjpxe2fxe5x87y2w6xpm70gh9qh5tt66kqkgkx8j Is very nice and it runs smooth even in my old android phone, which is not common at all. I like it’s simplicity and also the fact, that it is from Czech Republic.

Amethyst is full of cool features, but runs veeery slow on my old android (but that is more problem of the phone).

I do not think we need to kill anything. For me NOSTR is not a soldier, it is a parallel option for those who want more freedom and robustness against regulators. It coexist in peace with others and lets the people choose. Not everyone values freedom over comfort. But that’s all right. They are free to regulate themselves as much as they want :). And we are free to go somewhere else and build new, more generous place without violence.

If you ever start living in a van, I strongly recommend considering a wood stove. It's one of the things that brings me the most joy in our nomad home. Besides, me being a romantic soul and simply enjoying the sound of fire, I also love the fact that it expands our sovereignty and freedom. With wood for heating easily accessible everywhere, even if we run out of money, gas, or diesel, we'll always have the option to warm up, cook a hot soup, and calmly figure out what to do next.

Hi, it is the longest Iveco Daily model. There are 2 swivels. 1 is for driver´s seat and 1 for double seat (usually occupied by both kids). It is great, because it makes the whole space much bigger. The whole thing looks like this, when it is turned inside:

Recieving zaps is such an unique experience. With every new zap I feel like I have suddenly signed an invisible contract with others to deliver (or at least try to deliver) some good content. So much different from likes.

#Zapathon #Zap (am I doing this right?)

I remember hearing voice in my head saying “bitcoin and art is the way” when I was waiting for ayahuasca to kick in. Few seconds after I was getting born again, talking with Buddha, visiting different dimensions and all the other classical stuff. But the bitcoin part surprised me.

She was very interested in unschooling and freedom parenting. In Czechia there is a big anarcho-capitalist movement and which blends together with Czech unschooling movements, free schools and in schoolers (the biggest anarchist here is actually a teacher).

So the meeting point is kind of natural here. We are both parents proclaiming freedom and both anarchocapitalists. Lot of people is. And from this position, talking about bitcoin just makes sense. There is no need for a pill of any color.

Found a busted-up shelf in an abandoned decaying hotel. Turned it into a rickety pull-out table for work in our cramped van (hanging on shoelaces). Martina didn't appreciate it at all. But hey, it gets the job done! Finally The LittleTwo's naps give me golden moments of productivity. Let's see which will collapse first: the table or the hotel :) (or my productivity).

Swimming in the sea, studying bitcoin and then cooking something on fire with fellow nomads.

Let's continue with the introductions.

This is the interior of our self-built van

Of course, we started with the most presentable photo. This is not actually what it looks like normally :). Let's get more authentic.

This is what it looks like when we hang laundry to dry. It can get messy easily :).

And this is what it looked like at the beginning:

It's a beautiful 2007 Iveco Daily and it runs like a dragon. Well... the starter is acting up right now, so sometimes we need to coax the dragon for up to 15 minutes, but so far it has always taken off.

Almost always:
