#Bitcoin X #Nostr I am interested in libertarianism, austrian school, cypherpunk. Murray Newton Rothbard⚡️ Ludwig von Mises⚡️ Satoshi Nakamoto⚡️ Embedded fw engineer. Native Korean(South) who doesn't like kimchi anymore and love steak🥩(not stake) Me English no good sorry.

That transparency is meaningless. Think about why the block size is not large, why we have to run our own nodes, why distributed ledgers are important.

Adam Back planted a backdoor and it reminds me Eth and the DAO. It doesn't really matter who will open the backdoor. There exists rug, it will be pulled.

That trade-off is unacceptable. It will repeat the history of gold. If you consider EO6102, I believe you can agree with me.

Of course, not every Bitcoin companies are opportunistic. For me, "freedom" is the key.

Also, not every opportunists are bad guys. I don't think Michael Saylor is malicious, I think he just wants to get rich and be a successful businessman. At the same time, I don't think he is good for Bitcoin and freedom. (I think that the others who I mentioned are bad for Bitcoin and freedom, though)

Do you think that the man who cited in the #Bitcoin white paper is just noble?

If the man is not an opportunist, why did the man launch a back-doored shitcoin?

#Bitcoin opportunists like Samson Mow, Max Keiser, Adam Back, Michael Saylor, and Jason Lowrey. They're not talking about the most important value of #Bitcoin - freedom. They're talking about just part of #Bitcoin - inflation hedge, digital power, etc - at the Statism side.

Introducing EXIT

You broke up with your ex; it wasn’t treating you well, maybe it was shadow banning you or your friends; it was manipulating you into becoming your worst possible self.

But over the years you accrued a bunch of quality shitposts, and perhaps some nuggets of wisdom.

Introducing: https://exit.pub:

The last bridge you’ll need to port over your data into the new world of decentralized freedom-tech.

1. Download your twitter archive

2. If Elon agrees, you’ll get a zip file; uncompress it and just use exit.pub to import your data into nostr

✅ original dates are used; whatever you posted in 2009 will show up as posted in nostr in 2009

✅ granular control of which tweets to import (threads, non-replies, replies)

✅ V4V, you choose how much your shitposts are worth

✅ it *should* preserve embedded images

✅ granular control of which relays you want to publish to

Try it out:

https://exit.pub

Is nsec derived from twitter archive, so that the user is able to use the account?

I don't have any twitter accounts to experience this wonderful app.

Thank you for amazing app.🫡

Human Action was indeed about everything. The book was a rev- elation to those of us drenched in modern economics; it solved all problems and inconsistencies that I had sensed in economic theory, and it provided an entirely new and superb structure of correct economic methodology and theory. Furthermore, it provided eager libertarians with a policy of uncompromising laissez-faire; in contrast to all other free-market economists of that day or later, there were no escape hatches, no giving the case away with “of course, the gov- ernment must break up monopolies,” or “of course, the government must provide and regulate the money supply.” In all matters, from theoretical to political, Mises was the soul of rigor and consistency. Never would Mises compromise his principles, never would he bow the knee to a quest for respectability or social or political favor. As a scholar, as an economist, and as a person, Ludwig von Mises was a joy and an inspiration, an exemplar for us all.

The most merchant prefer fiat to #Bitcoin. But it doesn't justify fiat.

Liquid is just a disgusting shitcoin.

I always thought it's 2^256. Thats the number I find whenever I Google "how many possibilities of bitcoin key there is". And sha 256 or 256 bits is the one that I found

Can you please refer me to the reading material that stated it uses 128 instead of 256?

As I understand it, this is because elliptic curves are symmetrical. (I don't fully understand this and could be wrong)

Technically, The number of valid private key is not even 2^256. It has to do with the group operations used in ECC and is slightly less than 2^256.

https://www.secg.org/sec2-v2.pdf

Security strength of secp256k1 is 2^128. Entrophy which is stonger than it is meaningless. The series of mnemonic words are equivalent to a number which will be used as Entrophy. 12 mnemonic words represents sufficient security strength(2^128) and 2048 words list is enough.
