Does anyone have any views on the privacy preserving benefits of LNURL withdrawals from exchanges to non-custodial wallets like Phoenix and Breeze?

Sure, the exchange has knowledge of your buy but is an LNURL withdrawal similar to mixing?

It doesn't really matter if they can track your coins after they leave a KYC exchange or not. They still know how much you withdrew and will assume you have them in your possession when they decide they want to steal them or tax you. Under the threat of fines or imprisonment they can compel you to open your books to them to show where those coins went. That's the biggest threat of KYC.

Personally I think that by the time they get desperate enough to try to pull some shit like that they will be completely bankrupt and not have the resources to pull it off, so I'm not too worried about it.

It’s amazing to me that the world is still obsessed with low fat diets. So many products cut out the natural fat, and what remains is just a sugar fest.

Fly on an long distant flight- constantly offered breads, juices, fat free yogurts, etc. Sugar bomb after sugar bomb. I usually fast on planes.

At a breakfast buffet right now. Eggs fried in seed oil. The butter packets are mixed with seed oil. Juices and fruits everywhere. Coffee machines whose only milk option is fat free skim milk. The main area is waffles and syrup. The child at the table next to me has a breakfast plate with chocolate-covered waffles, french fries, and juice- just layers of carbs and sugar. One has to dig into the corners of the room to find the meat and boiled eggs and such.

Relays should be fine. The movie is hosted on satellite.earth , not any relays. I pay for some hosting there and it says unlimited bandwidth so I'm putting it to the test.
