In my opinion, life energy is something I perceive when meeting or talking to someone, and they just have a somewhat radiant life force.

They could be loud or quiet, so it’s not about how animated a person is. In the west, we would say it is something akin to charisma but that doesn’t quite capture it. I believe that it is partly the result of internal alchemy, whether intentional or not on their part.

There’s probably many ways to achieve it, here’s what I would say,: a mix of meditation to develop a clear focused mind and learning to let go;

Embrace your strong animalistic thirst for life; temper it with compassion, so that you don’t become a beast.

Lastly, cultivating a mindset which appreciate the beauty of the world.

I can tell you that I am here because I want a social media that isn’t using me, I’m hoping it can lead to real life community, friendships, and mutual opportunities. I avoided all of their social media up until this point because I was aware since the beginning of the manipulation and data mining. Although this protocol is not private, I feel good about it intention and possibilities.
