Trezor leaks your xpub.
Samourai's Android app leaks your xpub.
Electrum does not leak your xpub (and electrum servers don't get your xpub).

Your Android app does not explain to users that a) the 15K sats is a forced donation and b) that their xpub is being leaked.
And no; unless a substantial number of people use Sparrow instead of Samourai the leak of a majority of xpubs CJing is an issue.
