How much needed to cover expenses

For those living on a Bitcoin standard. Do you sell 5% to 10% per year for fiat? Or were you able to find a better balance?

Or do you think deleting it gives it more of a chance to be discovered? I feel like they might prioritize scanning deleted emails just for this reason...to find sensitive things that people delete.....What do you think? 🤔
