o kalau itu Jakarta, kalau Padang, Palangkaraya dan kota-kota kecil lainnya entah apa sebab daya dukung daerah aliran sungai ( DAS) sudah tidak mampu menerima curah hujan tinggi diatas 300 mm per hari, rata-rata akan menyebabkan drainase gagal.

Ide bagus jg kalau jual property di daerah banjiir. Kalau sejak kecil tinggal di situ yg kadang susah karena ada kenangan sendiri, mungkin bisa beradaptasi dg rumah yg lebih ramah banjir, atau punya tabungan jika banjir sementara bisa mengungsi.
