Tonight’s dinner was a large salad of things we had to hand.

Very spicy mustard greens*, cherry tomatoes*, potato slices fried in bacon fat, diced Jarlsberg cheese, radishes*, scallion, sultanas. Dressing of mayo, yoghurt, pickle brine, honey, Vadouvan curry spices.

Very hppy with the flavour balance. Would add something crunchy next time for texture (toasted nuts/pepitas).
