# Tomorrow's Show
This Trump administration is is doing so much so fast that it is hard to keep up, let alone analyze what's going on. You have to assume this fever pitch is not going to continue for four whole years. The media is keeping busy, that's for sure, looking for various “angles” to slam or embarrass Trump. So far the best they can do is continue with the Hitler memes which are tired.
Premier Trump foe and showboater Jim Acosta is quitting CNN. His reported salary was $2 million a year and he thinks he's going to do just as well as a Substack podcaster doing his own thing. This delusion will meet reality and it will not be pretty. Like many of these slick news readers he'll end up in a top 20 metro market local affiliate doing the 6 O'clock News like in Cleveland for $75K, which according to Salary.com is above the median.
In other Trump news, he's been floating the idea of tariffs replacing the income tax. The income tax required the 16th amendment to the Constitution, which could be repealed like Prohibition was repealed. At first glance with a Federal budget of approximately $5 Trillion and total gross imports of around $3.1 Trillion it would take a tariff over well over 100-percent. But with the addition of Corporate taxes and luxury taxes, the math could be jiggered enough to work. It's an interesting conversation to have.
And today begins the confirmation hearing of RFKjr. It's already become raucous with stooges sent into the chambers to heckle him. Clips coming.

The Trump administration is telling Federal employees to stop working from home or quit, offering a nice severance package thus (clipped directly from Government memo):

What happened to ZBD Social, the first and only outbox-model-on-the-server Nostr semi-closed-but-actually-open social network platform: https://blog.zbd.gg/what-happened-to-zbd-social/ (I just found this post by chance).
I still think doing something like ZBD Social is a good idea if you want to inject some forms of social component into a closed platform. Much better than trying to create a social network from the complete zero. In the case of ZBD I think the biggest problem was that their service attracts spammers and low-quality people by its very nature, so that poisoned the social aspect of it way too much. Otherwise it would have been the first actual "relay community" of Nostr, writable from the inside, accessible from the outside, and automatically filtered to only have the posts from that community (that turned out to be a community of spammers).
Arguably an integration like ZBD Social was what minds.com should have done when they were interested in Nostr in 2022.
It is also similar to what Ditto should do (and what I thought Ditto was going to do).
