well, my fractal bitcoin journey has ended, in profit! 3x more sats than regular mining. bit with a lot of hiccups, bridging, swapping, etc. all in all, not worth the risk, but a fun experience and learned a couple of things.
funny thing is a that is an under-performing ultra that has never worked at expected hashrate. i don't undertand how it got that high
testing two pools:
fairpool: official unisat pool ( i think) creators of fb (i think). pays daily no matter how small the reward
solofractal: 0.1 fb threshold. considering the laughable power of my miners (4Th total) it's going to take a while to be paid
the aim is, as soon as i receive fb to my address, swap it for sats in whatever swap service. then compare how many sats I got vs what i would have gotten in braiins. hopefully it'll be more. probably not
no clue what I'm doing. sharing my experiments with fractal Bitcoin using two small miners. as always, the aim is to get more sats. pointing the miners to braiins earns you sats. cool. I want more sats. heard something about fractal mining. no idea wtf that is, but it looks like you can earn some fractal bitcoin (fb) that maybe you can sell for real btc later on, ending up with more btc than sitting on your hands looking at braiins dashboard
