I'm pretty sure there are tor nostr relays, could be wrong.
I'll add it too...very fascinating this load balancing between dozens of relays, which can create a contagion if they start failing...wonder how much will this be an issue in the future.
are you using tor? Dunno about earlier in the day, but today, without tor, I'm connected to 10 relays rn and working quite well so far..
