I don’t know about open source but Google ML Kit supports image labeling for 400+ categories. https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/vision/image-labeling
Actually, iOS supports the same functionality out of the box. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/vision/classifying_images_with_vision_and_core_ml
Oh, I guess it’s not a local setting to the client anymore but rather on the profile metadata. Maybe Damus isn’t reading from that properly on start up.
#[2] I was able to reproduce the issue by closing the app and reopening. Setting doesn’t seem to be persisting for some reason. I’m headed to bed now so I won’t be able to look into it for a few hours.
Damus OnlyZaps enabled. LFG!!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️ nostr:note1vvgrlnc6znhunaad592gtxcksm62slrw7s9ylv2e9p7m7m7v2s2ss9fcz0
⚡️ How does that work? New kind?

Loving the beauty of the Netherlands 🌷❤️🤍💙

We are excited to introduce our new product, a fast, accurate, and flexible translation API service. Our service is fully compatible with the LibreTranslate API and can seamlessly integrate into Damus, providing you with more translation options and a better translation experience. Whether you are looking for efficient machine translation or more natural GPT-generated translation, our API service can meet your needs. Please checkout https://translate.nostrich.land for more information.
#[2] I think this GPT-powered no-KYC translation service is what you wanted.
Nothing wrong with your choices. Everyone has their own path. Coding is the best, though!
I’m still in the Netherlands but haven’t seen those glasses yet. But I did see this!

Amazing to see more non-KYC translation options and I’m glad you chose to reuse the LibreTranslate API. Nice work!
iOS Settings > Passwords > Password Options
Make sure “AutoFill Passwords” is enabled and you’ve selected the correct password manager app.
For the record, it still doesn’t prompt you to save the private key if you go through the sign up screen. It works in the iOS simulator but not on real devices for some reason. Login works, though.
No, it still works for me from the login screen on the latest build.
You can use a Nostr client that hides reactions. For example, I have a PR open for Damus to add a setting to hide reactions. Only zaps.
👏🏼 congrats to all, well deserved. Thanks, Will and Jack.
