If you login with nostr, we were automatically setting accounts to use “webln” for payments. I’m guessing that happened for you, but you don’t actually have a webln supported extension like Alby? You can go into account settings and disable webln to resolve it. for what it’s worth i’ve stopped doing this, so shouldn’t be a problem for others in the future.
