- eggs look dead and lifeless, but at the right moment life springs forth

- seeking hidden and lost eggs is what Jesus does (even the bad eggs!)

- death could not be contained by the earth

- the yeast in the dough cannot be removed and spreads life throughout

- a consuming, purifying fire

- seek Jesus like a lost gold coin, keep seeking until you find it

- be a light in the darkness

- be Jesus to the people you see

- a narrow path to truth

- gifts are given to represent love for another

- when things are hard and times are dark, remember the truth

- you are more valuable to God than anything (He loves YOU the most!)
