Same here. There is obviously a balance to taking care of the land and nature, but to just say we need to live like cavemen the rest of our life is insane. “Natural ecosystems” change all the time without human influence anyways.

Most people underestimate how much of a global problem seed oils are. Definitely not exclusive to USA.

I spent most of this year traveling through Mexico & Colombia, and in both countries, every street corner has a snack stand selling sugar drinks and seed oil bombs like this.

Southern California is a desert. There are more people living there than the environment can support. But we could easily solve this problem with a pipeline. I'm so sick of all this water conservation nonsense just because there's not enough water in a place where I don't even live. I live in the inland Northwest. We have plenty of fresh water. I shouldn't be stuck using low flow shower heads and toilets just because there's not enough fresh water in California.

It is and it isn't. I'm still considering if the whole mess I have, is due to me being naive or other people just being stupid. 😅

I would've called myself naive before, but my intuition tells me I wasn't that wrong. I think I just vastly overestimated the intelligence of many people, especially locally. 😋
