On this week’s edition of “FIX YOUR DIVOTS” we’re talking about fluffin.
It is, without a doubt, the most important edition of Fix Your Divots we’ve done to date. It’s the MVP of FYD.
“Don’t fluff your ball in the rough.”
The rough is meant to penalize missing a fairway. If you fluff it and give yourself a better lie, it’s cheating. Straight up.
You also become a much better player if you learn to hit out of different lies. Your feel and touch will improve substantially. Plus it’s the rules, so, there’s that. 🤣
If KNG Golf is remembered for nothing other than changing the acceptance around fluffing in the rough, we will die happy men. Consider it a mission going forward.
Respect the game. Don’t fluff in the rough.

WEEKLY WISDOM
In addition to our newest segment, FIX YOUR DIVOTS, we are going to start sharing some weekly wisdom.
This wisdom will be actionable and non-technical - focused on the mental and course management side of golf.
These tips will come from various golf books, tweets, Reggie’s stroke savers, and from the community here.

As you’re preparing to hit your shot, take a big exhale and think of the BEST shot you’ve ever hit with that particular club.
And if you can’t think of one, think about the best shot you’ve hit so far during the round.
Try it out this weekend!
No swing changes, no putter changes, just some thought changes.

Golfers from anywhere in the world can participate.
If you’d like to participate, you send some SATS to the pot Sunday night.
Lowest net round of the week gets the pot.
To keep people honest we will encourage low handicaps. Once we reach 88 weekly players, the highest handicap gets bumped to Tier 2 with a separate pot.
Rule changes will be implemented and decided on by the 88.
We’re starting with low buy-ins 8,000 SATS per week. Until we work some of the kinks out.
This will take time to gain traction but it could attract TONS of new bitcoiners and demonstrate the use case for bitcoin.
No foreign exchange.
No drivers license.
No KYC.

FIX YOUR DIVOTS
We have a brand new segment on The KNGDOM called “FIX YOUR DIVOTS” presented by the Prairie Scratch Tour
Each week we share someone’s “pet peeve” on the golf course.
The goal here is to bring some awareness and hope that other people stop doing the thing that’s peeving them off. And in turn, making golf more enjoyable for everyone involved.
Some people don’t even know that they’re peeving other golfers off. We’re hoping this segment will help slowly change that in the future.
We are also going to be paying people in SATS if their “peeve” is chosen for the segment.
