First step was to simply say “no” to any new opportunities to earn fiat and direct 100% our attention to begin earning sats and v4v. The rest is easy. Earn more in sats than you spend. Spends sats whenever possible instead of converting back to fiat. Participate fully in the #circulareconomy and #optout of fiat as much as possible.

Thank you for sharing that. Our family continues to use Bitcoin more and more. It's been a three and a half year journey for us. The simplicity of the Strike App and Bitkey has been a blessing. Technology can be tough to grasp sometimes. As anyone reading this I'm sure understands. :-)

The added sugar and all types of sweets of course (unless sugar free). I never brought sugar home but I ate chocolate and desserts regularly. Now I make it all using cacao, honey, dates, nuts, and other healthy ingredients. I also eat fruits when craving sweets which helps a lot. After 2 months only I stopped liking the taste of the dessert made by regular sugar. It felt too sweet - like too much, and I do feel better and calmer in general. It’s been a while since I last posted, so here’s an update:

I’ve been off sugar for the past 3 months and it feels good - calmer if I may say. I still enjoy dessert, but with organic honey or dates.

I felt (and this is just a personal observation) that ADHD is linked to sugar.

But I will say that reality is comprised of more than just individualism. Left and right are not always helpful categories but in instances like this are appropriate because individuals don't act in a vacuum. The Left is comprised of people who by their own volitions enjoin themselves to a particular collective set of dogmas, rituals, liturgies, and beliefs.

Theirs is a culture of death. And you know them by their fruit.
