Some of the household rules we are establishing for #AI use:

1. Whether a chat bot or a robot, do not treat it like a human. Do not talk to it as you would a human. Do not even talk to it like you would a pet. No "please" and "thank you" and any other forms of politeness.

It is not human, it has no soul, it has no emotions, it is not sentient, it is not conscious. And it never will be. 🤖

2. Following on number 1, do not use human pronouns when referring to it. It is not a he or a she. It is an it. 🗣️

3. Do not use it to do tasks that humans should do—tasks that are essentially and crucially human in nature. This requires a strong understanding of anthropology and human dominion to discern. 💪

4. Do not let AI do your thinking for you. And do not pass off AI content as your own. 🧠

5. Always ask yourself if the way you are using it is being done in a God-honoring and human-centered way. 👤

6. Have one or more safe words between family members to use with one another that confirms you are talking to the real persons on the phone or online. 💻
