Well duck that was quick.
Me and my dad made one. It worked.
I would stay away from tea and other chemicals as well.
Quitting caffeine is a chore, but it can only really be achieved meaningfully with proper diet. Caffeine isn't energy. My question for would be what do you eat?
Without a nutrient-rich, animal based diet, you will struggle with this. I drank coffee for 15 years and quit in January. I feel great but I eat meat every day, eggs, fresh fruit, and raw dairy products. No seeds, no seed oils and no veggies.
My morning grogginess and headaches took 3 days to fade but my energy level has been great since then.
Good! you're probably much healthier than the Americans. Frying is a complete shit way to cook something
This interview is sus. If this guy actually interviewed Saylor, wouldn't there be an introduction? There's no way I'd cut that the final version. It just looks like a YouTuber trying to get clicks by skimming clips from another interview and then showing himself asking the questions.
Bitcoin will definitely never go above $54,000 nostr:note1s9he7tsrnsf4arx43ygtkxw6528s3npe86dm7gqzphw4kjssqfyqrxdjdx

Really? What about just sending sats into a custodial wallet, then into another custodial wallet and back into an on#chain wallet in a low fee environment.

Yeah I had a blade grinder for a while, the blades get dull and then you get inconsistent grinds. You could try just running some warm vinegar and descaling the machine but making coffee is a process that works best when you can eliminate variables. I went through 2 deLonghi's and two grinders before I switched to a Flair 58 and a Breville Burr grinder. Also, if you don't weigh your beans for dosing, you could just have too many grams of coffee in the portafilter. Too much volume with clog up the portafilter.
