Ours was essentially a ply wood circle, heavy duty plastic attached like a big bubble and we cut a hold on the plywood, installed an electric leaf blower and put 2" holes spaced across the bottom of the plastic. It blew up when you turned on the blower and we took it to the indoor basketball court with a series of extension cords. It would glide right across the floor.
