Thanks for the tips Leserin πŸ«‚ that’s genius! Not married yet so tax class laughing at me lol

Just imagining my future family :) So I can work for my dream of putting myself first with my part in this world, and then society, while really loving what I do.πŸ‘€πŸ™ˆ but that’s not the case yet.

I wish for working for myself & my family in the first place, working for my community in the second place & working for society in the third place. I just realized that - could this be the way?

Like, growing my own food & cooking my own meals. Growing food for the community & teaching and socializing your kids with the other kids. & everyone could use their special talent or passion for society.

But working less hours for everyone could be a great start… πŸ™πŸΌ

I don’t want to blame men, men are awesome! This is a critical thought against our system.

Going to regular work, with regular hours and constant planning during the month, it seems like not many people are aware of the power of a woman’s cycle.

During luteal and menstruation phase, symptoms of stress and lack of energy are high & also normal (even besides the right food and enough movement). Therefore we could take it slower. It’s just smart. We work anyway but do we really need that, working as hard as normally? While during ovulation and after menstruation, we experience a really great level of energy. Men have a relatively constant level of their hormones.

And sometimes I just wish for more awareness - and for me, that I am able to use my cyclic energy more efficiently for myself and others. :)

According to my cycle it would be time for the lighter tasks & going inward. But oh right we’re living in a male adjusted system.

Would be so nice if this gets a thing. At least I will find my way.

The method in water worked for me better! My second successful sprout is about to grow at the moment πŸ₯‘πŸŒ± I would use the seed from a bio avocado.

You can poke 3 sticks in it like I did it with my potatoe, or as you can see on the photo, I made a little construction from rubber bands so I don’t have to poke into them! :) make sure the bottle you use is always filled with water, so at least 1/3 of the seed is under water. A few complete waterchanges are great too, but you can mostly just fill it up a little bit :)

When it’s growing, put it on a warm sunny window, maybe south window, and check for humidity, it should not be too low! 🌱πŸ₯‘πŸ’š hope this helps πŸ€— and once it has a good rooting system, pot it in a good soil
