It's really easy to set up. Just download Wallet of Satoshi from the app store:

To receive bitcoin, open the app and click Receive
Then, click the lightning address.
This should copy the address. Go to your Nostr profile and paste it where it asks for a lightning address. Now, people can send you some bitcoin ⚡️.
Sadly, this wallet is not available in the USA due to regulatory restrictions and the fact the current USA adminstration hates freedom.
