Wow Twitter made that whole complicated algorithm and I only use the "following" tab in chronological order
It's the opposite of the more usual "you shouldn't do that because people don't know how to do that" argument, by which logic nobody would ever do anything new.
Occasionally you get both from the same person, which means they don't want to do anything
