"At all places on this planet where the development of tribes has at all attained a higher form, the State grew from the subjugation of one group of men by another. Its basic justification, its raison d’être, was and is the economic exploitation of those subjugated."

(Re: study on bitcoiner political leanings)
It's wild to me that most people's sociopolitical compression framework still seems to be
left ↔️ right (whatever these terms even mean anymore)
when if you need a simplistic, one-dimensional binary, a far more useful one is

"...To want to impose an imaginary state of government on others by violence is not only a vulgar superstition, but even a criminal work. Understand that this work, far from assuring the well-being of humanity is only a lie, a more or less unconscious hypocrisy, camouflaging the lowest passions we possess."
~Tolstoy
"The only law that any human being can rightfully be compelled to obey is simply the law of justice. And justice is not a thing that is made, or that can be unmade, or altered, by any human authority."
~Lysander Spooner
The biblical story is not primarily concerned about your personal sin and individuals "going to heaven/hell".
The crux of this collection of ancient tales is far more magnificent than that, if we would only look past our own egos.
It is, primarily, an epic narrative proclaiming *the ultimate, grand reversal of the forces of De-creation, Disorder, and Death*.
You are not the center of the story. Yahweh/Yeshua is.
And that is a good thing.
"Propaganda tries to surround man by all possible routes in the realm of feelings as well as ideas, by playing on his will or on his needs, through his conscious and his unconscious, assailing him in both his private and his public life.
"It furnishes him with a complete system for explaining the world, and provides immediate incentives to action. We are here in the presence of an organized myth that tries to take hold of the entire person.
"Through the myth it creates, propaganda imposes a complete range of intuitive knowledge, susceptible of only one interpretation, unique and one-sided, and precluding any divergence. This myth becomes so powerful that it invades every arena of consciousness, leaving no faculty or motivation intact. It stimulates in the individual a feeling of exclusiveness, and produces a biased attitude.
"The myth has such motive force that, once accepted, it controls the whole of the individual, who becomes immune to any other influence.
"This explains the totalitarian attitude that the individual adopts—wherever a myth has been successfully created—and that simply reflects the totalitarian action of propaganda on him."
~Ellul
"Love for the neighbor makes a person blind in the noblest sense of the word, so that he blindly loves every human being."
~Kierkegaard
The Powers sadistically prey upon an individual's innate—and admirable—senses of honor, duty, and sacrifice for a greater good (as latent as they are in our modern society). They twist and bind the impulses of justice as a means to their own ends.
In reality, none of this demonic activity that destroys precious human life and dignity on a mass scale drives toward any sort of universal, Platonic "greater good", but solely toward the security of Leviathan and its parasitic imperial class.

"There is no horror, no cruelty, sacrilege, or perjury, no imposture, no infamous transaction, no cynical robbery, no bold plunder or shabby betrayal that has not been or is not daily being perpetrated by the representatives of the states, under no other pretext than...'for reasons of state.'"
"This explains why the entire history of ancient and modern states is merely a series of revolting crimes; why kings and ministers, past and present, of all times and all countries — statesmen, diplomats, bureaucrats, and warriors — if judged from the standpoint of simple morality and human justice, have a hundred, a thousand times over earned their sentence to hard labour or to the gallows."
"...Since the birth of the State, the world of politics has always been and continues to be the stage for unlimited wickedness and plunder, plunder and wickedness which are held in high esteem, since they are sanctified by patriotism, by the transcendent morality and the supreme interest of the State."
