How are the attempts to shut it down going?
Assuming migration is negligible. Hard to say, but probably right. The world is running into a fuel bottleneck, so travel of all kinds will be reduced. I don't think you'll find it much different from most smaller city type environments in the US. Who cares what people in Walmart look like if you spend most time indoors on the Internet.
