I’m not a cryptographer or cs person but trying to think through possible solutions for roadblock in my line of work. If an organization has verification an individual meets certain criteria to receive a product from that organization, and a separate organization uses the same criteria to target customers but can’t acquire that information through sharing data - could you generate a key pair/hash to match/verify customers at each org without actually sharing the protected data?
