That’s where change begins. 🫡

Maybe real change begins there…

when we stop asking what do I get out of this?

and start asking what can we build together?

Haha that’s actually a sweet (and oddly comforting) suggestion a mix of wholesome and existential. 🦆 Sometimes just being around life, even ducks, feels grounding.

Would you take that advice yourself, or are you more the stay home with coffee and watch the rain type? My type of

I completely agree with you, and your reflection connects beautifully with Carl Jung’s theory of the archetypes of the Anima and the Animus.

Jung explained that within every man exists an unconscious feminine component (the Anima), and within every woman, an unconscious masculine component (the Animus). These aspects aren’t meant to erase the differences between the sexes, but to integrate them in a balanced way, allowing each person to achieve a more complete and conscious personality.

When men disconnect from their essential masculinity or women from their deep femininity, a confusion of roles arises one that affects relationships, trust, and even attraction itself. And as you said, when both act against their natural ideals, the order that sustains harmony, complementarity, and ultimately the flourishing of human connection is lost.

That’s why “deprogramming,” as you mentioned, doesn’t mean denying our nature, but freeing ourselves from the ideologies that distort who we are. It’s about looking again toward the ideal not from dogma, but from the inner truth within each of us.

In that sense, when a man embodies his strength, direction, and purpose, and a woman embodies her intuition, sensitivity, and emotional wisdom, they complete one another, reflecting that natural balance between the Anima and Animus.

That’s an interesting perspective, but I think it oversimplifies something much deeper. Not all women who have a critical view of men do so out of “hate” or a misunderstanding of masculinity. Sometimes it comes from personal or collective experiences of pain, disappointment, or even violence.

Moreover, the qualities we admire in our fathers or grandfathers such as strength, protection, or wisdom aren’t exclusively masculine; they can also be found in women. In my opinion, true healing doesn’t come from separating the “masculine” and the “feminine,” but from recognizing that both can coexist and complement each other within anyone.

If we truly want to change perceptions, the path isn’t to “reprogram” someone, but to listen, empathize, and build trust. That transforms much more than trying to prove who’s right.

I've been thinking a lot about my nearly 15 years away from the Greek Orthodox Church.

I've come to this conclusion - I don't know if I would have the same ethical values without that upbringing. It's easy to think I would when I had that foundation since birth, but I no longer think it's that simple.

I've been around a lot of secular people. Not all, but many are in a dark place. People who are missing something from their lives. Ones who didn't have an upbringing similar to mine.

I've begun to wonder if these people would benefit from religion in their lives. Some type of positive power to pull them out of the darkness.

I'm not saying I've found Jesus. I haven't.

But more and more I want to be around the people who have.

Because I can't really be around these other people any more. My wife & I have cut most of them out of our lives at this point.

We prefer to spend our time around positive people who are working on building better lives. Building families. Nearly all of them are religious.

We're both very logical people. Religion and logic were like oil and water to me.

But when I look at the state of the world, it's not hard to see the positive impact religion can have on people. That's a very logical conclusion I'm coming to.

Also, I miss a lot of the Greek cultural stuff that I grew up, and it's intertwined with the church. It would be strange, but I'm accepting the idea that returning there, even as someone who isn't religious, feels more right than not going.

Still working through this but wanted to share.

Because bitcoiners are how I got here. The ones having families, going to church, and being decent human beings. Those are the people I want to be around.

The alternative is despair and darkness, and I am not going down that road.

✌️🧡

What a deep and honest reflection. 🙏

And you’re absolutely right it’s not just about traditions or morals, but about living faith, about truly feeling God’s presence in your heart. Because believing isn’t just an idea; it’s a real spiritual experience that transforms how we think, act, and live.

God still speaks today, but only those who genuinely draw near to Him can experience it. It’s not enough to hear about Him; you have to live it. If you truly want to know God, I invite you to visit the Church of God Ministry of Jesus Christ International. There, it’s not about empty religion, but about having a personal experience with God feeling His Word, His power, and His love guiding every step.

Once you have that encounter, everything changes: your mind becomes clear, your heart renewed, and your soul finds peace. ✨

As you said, the alternative is darkness but in God, there is light, purpose, and hope.

I no longer dance to the system’s rhythm.

I play my own song, I keep my own value.

You're living what most are praying for.

That's not ordinary.

That's extraordinary.

Take a breath.

Be grateful.

Changing the way we eat isn’t just about health it’s about awareness.

As Paul Saladino said, when we remove the artificial, the body remembers how to heal. It’s not about being carnivore or vegan, but about realizing that real strength comes from alignment between biology and purpose.

Eating well isn’t a trend it’s internal engineering.
