#VGMWednesday This is my favorite track from my favorite DOS shmup. It's really got that FM synth stuff going on.
Tyrian is an incredible if now overlooked game as well.
I'd say it's a contender for a game with secrets you'll find anew every time you play. And a lot of written segments enough to fill a best selling novel. I can't stress this enough, there are MANY things in this game. If that's still not enough there's that little Episode 5 addition from Tyrian 2000 you can put in there too which isn't that amazing but still good.
Difficulty settings out the wazoo, multiple paths, hidden game modes and if you're feeling really crazy try the co-op mode where the second ship can latch and detach from the main one. I LOVE IT.

I am indeed talking about this a lot but I did have a few more points to mention.
Shared streaming storage may fill up faster than would be anticipated so while I'm hoarding all the Doom footage you can't see I can get the word out of
WHO I AM, DOING EVERYTHING I CAN. CAUSE I GROW OLDER ALL THE TIME, BUT YOUNGER INT MIND. Ahem. I mean with the Retroachievements. Both of these things are way more meat and potatoes than a simple backloggery could ever hope to be.
