I just started with it myself after a year of using psilocybin. Mainly, most of what you heard on this mushroom about its toxicity is just FUD. They are only toxic in large quantities when you digest them raw.

They're safe to pick. Then you need to dry them. I use a cheap food dehydrator to get them cracker dry. Then after you can simmer them in water for 25-30 minutes. Then you can use the tea. Put the juice in the freezer to store it.

Just start in small doses and slowly increase it across days. More you don't need to know. You can check Amanita Dreamer on YT. That's a solid channel for more infos.

Then drying.

This converts the ibotenic acid into muscimol for safe use.

Still working out what this psychoactive mushie really does medicinally, but it is definitely good for sleep. Many claim it also reduces anxiety.

they definitely are. I first thought I was getting into halucinogenics with amanita, but it's incomparable to psilocybin. At least at low-moderate doses.
