If you are in the wild and you have to get up close and personal potentially with your prey. Being able to have 5-10 follow up shots for a takedown via a lever action is preferable.
If you can take your time and are in a safe location to take a shot. Bolt action is more accurate and can reach out to longer distances to takedown your target.
