Build. Learn. Teach.

If we’re too afraid to let things go, we can’t let things come to us.

Owning a Bitcoin is like having an equity position in a new global economy.

Startups aren’t romantic but bromantic.

Career: Be so good they can’t ignore you.

Dating: Be so good looking they can’t resist you.

On Chat GPT and Bitcoin: Embrace, adapt, and exploit new possibilities.

Make them generational opportunities.

Don’t live in “what if’s”.

Follow your excitement.

Our career gets smashed by AI. Our wealth gets smashed by the Fed.

If you can't beat AI, join AI.

You think Paypal Mafia is running the show? Wait for OpenAI Mafia in 10 years.

Productize your uniqueness.

I’d rather be unpopular but right than popular but wrong.

It takes a couple of decades to build something and a couple of days to destroy it.

LUNA, FTX…okay they’re not “traditional”.

Then a traditional bank, Silicon Valley Bank, collapsed.

This can trigger Powell not to raise more interest rates. But let’s see how it all unfolds.

A project that allows you to use YouTube as storage. The idea is to represent data in a video format and upload it to YouTube. YouTube does not limit the size of the video you can upload, so you can upload very large files. It reminds me of Bitcoin's "ordinals".

People are going to post videos on YouTube anyway, rather than data. That's what YouTube is for. Bitcoin will eventually become what it was meant to be: a currency with fewer ordinals and more transaction data. #bitcoin

This is how use my YouTube channel too. It can be a great way to store a large set of unstructured data that can be shared with others, or anyone can choose not to.

Philosophical and ideological debate tend to be a zero-sum game.

Most think that they can't be a capitalist and a communist at the same time. But I argue that we can have multiple different ideologies: we can be a communist with our family and a capitalist with strangers, for example.

Anyway, the point, I want to make is that a philosophical conversation is necessary at some level, but at a certain point, it becomes so useless that it distracts us from perusing what's necessary: solving hard problems.

Problems are inevitable. And problems are soluble.

So let's build the future once we have the foundation of basic principles.

Let's go beyond philosophical and moral value judgments such as whether Bitcoin is simply money or not, or whether it is a monetary phenomenon or a revolution.

I want to move forward with the perspective of a 'builder' who makes something on top of it.

I believe Bitcoin is the hardest digital land, and I want to think about what kind of building to build on it and what kind of service will come in.

Let's create the future.
