Those who haven't seen me for a while (or ever) won't be aware I have been on a major weight loss journey for the last two years motivated in large part by health.
Today marks the first time since I was thirty that I have worn waist size 34 jeans in comfort. 2 years, nearly 8 stone down. Bit proud.
