My sleep schedule has been bonkers lately. Usually nap from 9:30pm- midnight. Work from midnight-5/6am, sleep till noon. Not sustainable but I can’t fall asleep thinking about all the stuff I have to do

My sisters report from visiting El Salvador:
Using bitcoin was insanely easy! But also happy we practiced before. Both cash app and river worked no problem. I used it at a couple different places from a food truck to coffee shop to resturant. Everything there is insanely cheap. And everyone is super nice but def a loss less comfortable w speaking English then in Mexico. So I was really trying w my Spanish but it was pretty bad.
We went into El Tunco one night for more of a party dinner and it was a $5 Uber to go 20 mins but preferred El Zonte bc it was chiller and more our vibe.

Just found out about the documentary Dare to Dream: A Story from El Salvador. Highly recommend, even my normie family enjoyed it.
My sister and her boyfriend are going with some friends on a surf trip to El Zonte. They didn’t even know it had anything to do with bitcoin. I’m quite jealous. Anybody have any recommendations for them?
