I actually teach children of all ethnicities and color of skin to not use drugs, alcohol or any substance.. I own a sports community we’re I sometimes meet various young athletes and their parents and I learn them all to become the best version of themselves.

I actually advice people in the royal Dutch family before Trump started with his anti DEI campaign too stop with DEI and the victim economy it creates. They didn’t listen and DEI leaders still have a huge influence within various Dutch institutions, like Techleap and the subsidies granted by the Dutch government.

Yet, while DEI has not been the answer for equal opportunities, it doesn’t mean that it directly solves the issue of 90%+ of U.S. companies having boardrooms and leadership teams that manly consists out of just caucasian males. Equal opportunities mean that you have a equal chance too grow in a company. Black crime is a huge thing in the United States.. there are many countries in Africa that have a way lower crime, murder and rape rate because the economic opportunities for black people are more viable. Crime, murder and all these evil things are inherently linked through social economic situations and culture within a demographic.

When a social economic situation for a certain demographic improves, the culture within this demographic can improve and thus the rates of things like crime, murder, rape etc. go down.

First of: White, black, yellow or whatsoever color people have earned money of each other back.
