i’ve played around with the idea of making a narrative film about bitcoin focusing on the creation. similar to “the social network” movie. but every time i pick it up, i put it back down because i would be forced to make creative decisions that have no factual backing.

similarly, i’ve thought about documentary but the result would have too many holes to thread a new story that hasn’t already been told.

i think a sci-fi that takes place in a world where bitcoin has already been widely accepted is probably the best way to go about it. but then is it a bitcoin movie or a sci-fi movie that has bitcoin? 🧐
