Prince William and his kids. Little prince George,9 and princess Charlotte, 8 all dressed up in little adult clothes sitting there bored shirtless for 4hours and 45 minutes. This is bordering on child torture. I'm sure their grandmother would not have approved if she were alive. Kids that age should be out playing in the garden, they have access to enough of them.
