Right now I’m connected to 9/10 relays, how do paid relays that filter spam work?

You’d have to connect to multiple paid relays wouldn’t you, to have benefits of multiple relays (censorship resistance?)

Do the relays share lists? At this early point in time, seems like a way to separate people and their satoshis
