Take full responsibility for your life and everything that happens in it. Change the question from "Why did this happen to me?" to "Why did I choose this?"

If I was an owner who is not interested in Bitcoin, I wouldn't want to buy a heater if current one works well, unless there is a real deal without much oprational overhead. I am here to bake bread, but not to bother myself with Bitcoins.

There should be an economic factor for them. Offer to buy a heater which is much more beautiful and fits well in their interiour in exchange for getting receiving sats from mining and free bread or pastries. Maybe you can take the old heater as well.
