“Authenticated” just means that this is not a free relay everyone can connect to. You have to authenticate yourself, which in this specific case means that you have to pay.
I am by no means a relay expert so I wouldn’t be able to give you any advice, but since nostr.wine is a one-time-subscription relay (doesn’t apply to their filter and inbox relay) just keep it. They seem to have improved it. I can’t detect any spam coming from their relay for days. Also, your configuration depends on if you are using a client with outbox model (e.g. Amethyst) or not. Deleting doesn’t work anyway. I still can find every note from former nostr users and I can even search for them by their old name although they renamed themselves to “deleted” a long time ago.
Amethyst für Nostr ist wie Sparrow für Bitcoin. There’s no second best. Die Lernkurve ist vielleicht etwas steiler und man kann sich am Anfang von den vielen Funktionen etwas überrumpelt fühlen, aber einen Bitcoiner sollte das wohl kaum abhalten ;-)

Anyone who knows me knows that I am by no means an opponent of Monero and how tired I am of Bitcoininfluencertalk, but apparently they have also started drinking a bit too much of their own cool-aid.
So much stupid stuff is beeing told there recently that I can hardly list it here. More and more shilling POS and shitcoins, giving Ethereum more benefit than to Bitcoin, constantly pretending that Monero can somehow scale magically but Bitcoin can’t and that Bitcoin is sooooo transparent that even owning a skyscraper in Manhattan is more private than owning Bitcoin 😂 This is the most stupid thing I’ve ever heard.
Anyway, probably another Podcast I won‘t listen to anymore. Too bad. It used to be a good one.
