The day started at 4 a.m. when someone decided to set off a load of fireworks on a random Thursday.
Why are people the way they are?
Oh well. Time to do the workout. It won't be pretty but it'll get done.

30 pounds ago me would make any excuse to sit on my bum and snack. It's a constant effort to fight old habits still but it's getting easier. Hopefully future me will look back and be glad I stuck with it.
I didn't know they shut up at sundown. That must be a relief and a half.
I already have more engagement here than anywhere else.
