Absolutely. I can only see three options in the long run:
1) Small, quasi private free community relays
2) Paid public relays
3) Ad sponsored public relays
Good thing is: We as the users will have the choice! There is no "bad type" of relay.
For example, I have the PROD version of Damus on my phone. No zapping there. Just normal lightning transactions from me that are a quasi-zap.
Sounds way too little imo. With "inofficial" zaps probably 5x more minimum.
