in the interest of taking some of my personal information (calendar, etc.) into the analog, I'm looking at #FountainPen friendly planners/diaries. is it just me, or does the MD Diary have way too much blank space? I know that's the point, but for me it feels uncomfortable and inconvenient... :thonk:
It's #DisabilityPrideMonth, so I'm gonna level with you:
I'm not proud to be disabled. It's painful and exhausting and expensive and it either took away or limited most of the things I enjoy. It's among the worst things that's ever happened to me.
While I'm certainly a fan of the ADA (original impetus for the month) and the need for better disability awareness, there's no pride here. I find it difficult to imagine there ever will be.
