You literally can be healthy while eating zero sugar and zero carbs. Body needs a bit of glucose but it can make it from protein. And most definitely you don't need shove any fructose to your mouth, that's just useless poison causing fatty liver disease and other problems. The least problematic glucose you can eat is rice and such

While i can understand where you are coming from i highly disagree. The human body needs sugar. You need to be strong enough to feed your urge in a healthy manner and in moderation. Cutting out processed sugras greatly helps cut the craving.

Even if there's an option to undo those it's just another note and whether it will have any effect is dependent on each client and relay to decide upon.

For example, you can delete notes but they are not truly deleted, ignored at best and over time maybe every relay has dropped it from its storage.

Nostr is very very cool…but…we’re a long way from normies wanting an unfiltered, decentralised social network which doesn’t have all their favourite famous peeps.

Bitcoiners will naturally have a love for Nostr because it fits with their worldview and understanding.

Like educating the benefits of Bitcoin, Nostr will have the same challenges. Zaps, nPubs etc… won’t mean much to most people.

For now it’s a super cool Bitcoin chat room.

For those on Android and haven't tried #Blixt wallet, do check it out. Excellent abstraction of running a 'private Lightning node' on your phone. And it's non-custodial (24-word BIP39 seed phrase).

The annualized growth rate of bitcoin's chain state jumped from ~15% to ~28% over the last three weeks as inscription fever took off.

It will be interesting to see if the pace of chain state growth keeps up and what that means for the ability of people to run nodes in the future. Luckily, bandwidth is getting cheaper and high speed internet access is increasing, but it's hard to say what the long-term ramifications of 4MB blocks will be on the distribution of the network.

Debates over whether these functions should be in the protocol or whether they should be application layer (provided as services, done by individual clients, etc)

LND and Lightning Labs have argued pretty stubbornly that we shouldn’t put it in the protocol and if the goal is users holding their own keys and hosting their own wallets and running their own payment processing software in a sovereign way… then I think they are terribly wrong about it.
