Nostr is great, but still very susceptible to the same kind of bot spam, sybil attacks, and various other cyber threats as other social media platforms.

Can you be censored as easily? Perhaps not.. but it's far from a perfect system.

I personally would prefer to see a system that requires all control actions to be tied to an expenditure of satoshis, the platform would be highly resistant to all forms of cyber manipulation.
